The gay naked beach of Ibiza Es Cavallet is undoubtedly one of the best in Europe! Nudism is officially allowed, it was one of the first naked beaches in Spain. It’s equipped with bars, restaurants and services such as sun lounger and umbrella rental, toilets and showers, massage service and a big and busy cruising area!
Es Cavallet is located in the natural reserve of the salt flats, at the southern end of the island. The sand is fine and clear, the water is crystal clear as in Formentera. The beach is more than 1 km long and 30-40 meters wide. The gay part is located at the far end. Behind the beach, in the Mediterranean forest, there is a very popular cruising area.
How to get to the beach
Ibiza’s gay nudist beach can be reached by your own vehicle or public transport. The road to the beach crosses the salt flats of Ibiza, with their characteristic pink and green waters. The lucky ones can see the pink flamingos!
Bus 11 is very comfortable from Ibiza town, Playa Figueretas and Playa d’Embossa, tickets cost 3 euros and can be purchased on board.Buses run every 30 minutes from morning to evening.
There are several areas dedicated to parking cars managed by the island government. The daily rate is around €9 for cars and €7 for motorcycles.
From the parking lots and the bus stop, you have to walk 20 minutes following an easy path that crosses the pine forest until you reach the rainbow flag.
Bar and restaurant
Chiringay is the gay friendly beach bar and restaurant. The menu includes pasta, meat and fish. It is possible to eat on the panoramic terrace sheltered from the sun or on the beach. There is also a good selection of cocktails or the more traditional fresh sangria.
Facilities
The Chiringay offers big solar parasols and sun loungers. But there is a large free area where you can stay with your own towels. Near the bar there are clean toilets and oper air showers (need a 1 euro coin). A beautiful bodybuilder is available for professional massages.
Cruising area
At the end of the beach, towards the tower Torre de ses Portes, there is a very popular cruising area. The paths between the dunes and the vegetation are very well frequented. A lot of guys take a break from the sun to make new friends. Privacy is scarce but fun is guaranteed.
